GRNDWRK offers SMS and text messaging to communicate with customers and prospects who opt in. The following terms apply to our messaging program:

• Consent: By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by submitting a form, checking a consent box, or texting us), you agree to receive text messages from GRNDWRK at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Types of messages: account and service notifications, appointment and audit confirmations and reminders, customer support messages, and, where you have separately consented, promotional messages.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. We will send a confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors who support our services (such as messaging providers and customer service vendors) is limited to what is necessary to deliver the service. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
